Hermandad held its first concert fundraiser ‘Aleyda y sus amigos’ in Caguas, Puerto Rico on Saturday, February 22, 2025. Jean and I greeted many island friends. Our concert streams through March on our website with your donation of any amount. We thank Aleyda Santos and her musician friends for sharing their talents with our supporters worldwide.
Our ability to stream the concert off island stood in peril four days before the event. A friend from the Caguas church volunteered his professional equipment, time and talent to record our event and store it on the cloud for us. Sadly, he grew ill and needed to recover.
We knew our event needed to be shared. As I looked at my computer, camera, tripod, MacBook Pro, and iPhone, I saw a way. With our volunteers we made it happen sharing their many gifts.
Our beautiful concert, thanks to our gifted volunteers, made the difference. We had all hands on deck atop a sea of warm hearts gathered to share the love and the music.
