Hermandad has undertaken a special effort to send additional funds to assist with Puerto Rico’s overwhelming needs. Our sources have described the continued devastation created by Hurricane Fiona. The storm unleashed rain and wind resulting in numerous mudslides, no water, no electricity to total loss of houses. Many still lack water and electricity.
